Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers, to translate project requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions for our analytics-heavy platform, covering frontend, backend, and database components.
  • Build and integrate AI and machine learning components to deliver intelligent insights and predictive capabilities.
  • Create interactive reporting dashboards to enable users to visualize complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Perform ETL and data processing tasks in Python, handling data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources.
  • Develop modular backend services using microservices architecture for high performance and scalability.
  • Integrate GraphQL APIs to provide efficient and flexible data interactions.
  • Optimize application performance to handle large datasets and deliver real-time analytics.
  • Work on data modeling, integration, and storage solutions to ensure smooth data flow and seamless third-party system integration.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to ensure software reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance product capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while implementing preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration of software updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, preferably from a Tier-1 institution.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack software development, including analytics-heavy products and reporting dashboards.
  • Expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, for building user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Experience with ETL and data processing in Python for large datasets.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and modular backend development.
  • Proficiency in GraphQL for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Experience integrating AI and machine learning technologies into applications (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries like D3.js or Plotly.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
