Our Story
InstinctIQ was founded by construction technology veterans who saw a clear gap: the AEC industry generates massive amounts of data - schedules, RFPs, inspection reports, project controls - but lacks the AI tools to make sense of it.
Generic AI platforms don't understand construction. They can't parse a Primavera P6 schedule, evaluate an RFP against your firm's experience, or generate a field report from a voice memo. We built InstinctIQ to change that.
